What problem do stores usually have while working with customers?
The main problem is that nobody works with their customer base, which is to say no one works customer retention.
This module solves this problem! It allows for solving two extremely important issues:
To fill the web site with product reviews - real reviews, not fake ones.
To ensure customer retention after placing an order at your store.
How does it work?
After placing the order, after certain time, the module sends an email to customers asking them to leave feedback about the goods from the order.
After the customer leaves a review, he or she receives a letter with a promo code for a discount.
This promo code is automatically added to the promotion linked in the module settings.
The promo code is removed from the promotion, thus an important process takes place - the promo code can be used only once.
Thus, the two problems mentioned above are solved at once.
The module has all the necessary settings:
Status, upon changing to which the module will send a letter asking for feedback.
The number of days within which this letter is sent.
Promotion to which the promo codes will be added.
Letter templates are easily customized using standard tools.
All promo codes can be used only once.

1. Upload addon via "+" button
2. Open addon settings.
3. Please enter License number. Without license number you cannot send emails to your clients.
4. Setting "After how many days to send a letter". How many days should take, after order has changed selected status.
5. Setting "Check status". Please define status, which will be used to send emails in previous section. As usual we are recommending define 7-14 days.
6. Promotion. You can select promotion. Our addon will insert coupon codes in this promotion.
7. Addon creates two language variables - rf_please_leave_review and rf_your_coupon_code. You can change these variables as you need.
8. If you are using new email system, you can find our email templates in Design -> Email templates. If you are using old email system you can check out email templates in this directory - /design/themes/responsive/mail/templates/addons/rf_feedback_discount

9. You need to setup cron job. Command:
php admin.php --dispatch=rf_feedback_discount.cron --password=xxxx
10. If you have enabled reviews moderation, email with promotion code will be sent when review will be approved.

3. Run cron task.
